Piano Technicians Insurance Program

PLC Insurance and Liberty Northwest (formally Safeco) developed an insurance policy specifically designed for Piano Technicians unique insurance needs. Other carriers policies have exclusions and limitations on coverage that limit important coverage for piano technicians.

PLC Insurance has been working with piano technicians and the Piano Technicians Guild since 1983 and is the only insurance program endorsed by the Piano Technicians Insurance Guild.

Basic Policy

Our basic policy has been designed to address the piano technician’s insurance needs:

• Coverage for your tools and equipment
• Coverage for yor customer’s property
• Liability to protect damages legally owed to others as a result of your business operations

Additional Coverages

The basic policy limits can be increased, and additional coverages can be added for stock held for sale, supplies, owned instruments, furniture, fixtures, computers and software, transportation by you or others, hired and non-owned liability, and umbrella liability.

Billing Options

With Liberty Northwest we have the ability to offer installment billing, which can either be paid by check or by Electronic Funds Transfer.
