Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) general prohibits any financial institution, directly or through it's affiliates, fro sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a non-affiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as they type of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the GLBA, we are providing you this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies of PLC Insurance, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal and financial information.
In the normal course of business, we collect, retain and use information about you to serve your insurance needs, administer your account, and inform you of products and services that may be of interest.
