"First of all, thank you so much for your call on Friday to follow-up with our claim involving Trent and the 2004 Ford Mustang. It’s a real comfort to know that we have a caring agent looking out for our needs especially after such an unfortunate accident…
And as far as Allied’s claim department, they are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I called in the claim directly to Allied at about 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, 01/31/2012 and then our claim adjuster, Brendan Magee, was in contact with Trent and I within 4 hours… He made sure Trent was okay then took his recorded statement regarding the accident and then asked if I had any questions about our policy and coverages. The appraiser, Rick Ridley, called me that same evening to let me know that he was going to look at the Mustang the next morning and give me a call back with his findings. Both him and Allied’s Claims Specialist, April Leppert, were on the phone with me around Noon on Wednesday, 02/01/2012 advising that the vehicle was indeed totalled and they were ready to issue a check if I agreed with their value. April emailed me a UPS label to forward her the signed title which she then received Friday morning and in turn overnighted our settlement for Saturday delivery. I have to say how amazed I am to have had the entire claim process from start to finish take less than 5 days!!! The claim process itself was by far less stressful than shopping for a replacement vehicle…
