The following is a case study of a new customer. Another example of how we make a difference by conducting a thorough risk analysis and find the right insurance carrier to meet the needs of this specific company.
We found this manufacturer to be bare of coverage in several areas and limited at best in others. High valued property items that were used in the field were uncovered. Auto liability for use of personal autos by employees was uncovered. Employee dishonesty coverage had inadequate limits. Property while at exhibitions was uncovered.
Identified an insurance carrier that was comfortable with the clients product and had aggressive pricing in their industry. Provided coverage and/or increased limits for all of the above issues. Also offered umbrella to further increase clients liability limits.
Client has much better coverage and higher limits of insurance than their former agent provided. Even with the additional coverage and higher limits, we were able to reduce clients prior year premiums by close to 25%.
